- 2 tsp sichuan chili oil with its chillies/sediment
- 2 tsp minced garlic

- 200g ground pork or tofu
- some finely chopped cabbage
- 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp peanut/sunflower oil
- bit of cornstarch
to serve
- soba noodles
- pak choi
- spring onions
- ground toasted dry roasted unsalted peanuts
- peanut rayu
- coriander
instructions
- cook noodles
- rinse noodles in cold water to stop cooking
- cook protein ingredients
- mix sauce ingredients
- add noodles to bowl
- add protein on top
- add sauce on top
- add other ingredients on top
